About The Role

The Purchasing Executive will support day-to-day procurement operations, including timely PO generation, vendor coordination, payment follow-ups, and order tracking. The role involves evaluating supplier quotations, maintaining accurate purchase and payment records, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Timely generation of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Worked on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Payment processing and follow-up.
• Comparison and evaluation of supplier quotations.
• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Entry of purchase and payment details into internal databases.
• Internal coordination with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive / Purchasing Agent.
• Expertise in vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
