This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for an Admissions & Student Relations Specialist. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, managing inquiries, coordinating enrollment procedures, and addressing student concerns. Additionally, the Specialist will provide ongoing support to enrolled students, act as a liaison between students and faculty, and maintain accurate records of student interactions and data. Engaging with various stakeholders to foster a positive student experience is a key part of this role.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage student inquiries, enrollment processes, and resolve concerns effectively
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records
• Knowledge of educational program operations and student relationship management is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
