Role Description The Admission Counsellor will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru office, supporting prospective students throughout their decision-making and admission journey. Responsibilities include engaging with students and families via calls, messages, and in-person meetings to understand their goals, explaining suitable programs and universities, and providing clear information on eligibility, application processes, and timelines. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, following up on leads, and coordinating with partner institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions. The Admission Counsellor will also contribute to outreach activities, participate in events and seminars, and support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing student enrollments, while delivering a professional and empathetic counselling experience.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and families.
- Sales and counselling aptitude, including lead follow-up, needs assessment, and conversion of inquiries into applications.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining records, managing multiple enquiries, and tracking application status.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or student management systems, email tools, and office productivity software.
- Knowledge of Indian higher education landscape, degree programs, and online certifications, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education, psychology, business, or counselling-related fields are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
