Position: Admission & Student Counselor

Location: Bhagwan Mahavir University, Surat

Time: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admission & Student Success Counsellor to manage the complete student lifecycle, from counselling and converting prospective students during the admission cycle to providing post-admission mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on courses, career opportunities, and admission processes while handling inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into admissions and achieve assigned enrollment targets.
• Manage and mentor an assigned portfolio of enrolled students after the admission cycle.
• Provide career guidance, goal setting, and continuous student support.
• Assist students with resume building, profile development, and interview preparation.
• Conduct grooming sessions and ensure high student engagement, satisfaction, retention, and overall success.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Required)
• 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or EdTech
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
