Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an esteemed educational institution
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Experience Required:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role

Job Description:
The Administrative Office Assistant will play a key role in supporting smooth office operations. This role acts as a central point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring efficient communication and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence and communications (emails, calls, letters, memos)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings; manage team calendars
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Monitor and order office supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and visitors
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support the management in day-to-day office operations and special projects
