Role Description The Administrative Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. The Administrative Executive will support leadership with executive administrative tasks, coordinate internal communications, and assist in organizing office logistics and vendor interactions. The role includes managing office supplies, tracking basic budgets or expenses, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. The Administrative Executive is expected to maintain a professional, organized work environment and provide proactive support to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership and manage daily office tasks.
- Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills to handle documentation, scheduling, coordination, and basic record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) and comfort with basic digital systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role and familiarity with FMCG or beverage startups is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
