Role Description The Administrative Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the individual will manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Administrative Executive will support senior leadership with executive administrative assistance, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure smooth office functioning by overseeing supplies, logistics, and basic facility coordination. This role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, assisting with documentation and compliance tasks, and providing proactive support to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to support leadership and manage confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in General Administration, including office coordination, documentation, record management, and basic reporting.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective interaction with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Comfort with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and basic data entry and spreadsheet handling.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment, is an advantage.
- Professional, organized, and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to supporting continuous improvement in office processes.
