Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks including managing communications and correspondence, supporting executive staff, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining records. The role also requires handling clerical duties and assisting in the overall administrative functioning of the organization. Effective multitasking, attention to detail, and professional communication will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and exceptional Communication skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and documentation
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
