Job Description
Job Summary
The Admin & Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and stakeholders. The role involves managing front office operations, handling communication, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience within the school campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet parents, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression of the school
- Respond to queries from parents, students, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Provide accurate information regarding school policies, admissions, and processes
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communication effectively
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of operations
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
- Assist in administrative tasks such as reporting, filing, and data management
- Support event coordination and day-to-day school activities
- Ensure proper visitor management and adherence to school protocols
Requirements / Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration / Management / Commerce)
Experience
- 0.6–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or customer-facing roles (school experience preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance with a pleasant personality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Technical Skills
- Knows google sheets
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and data management systems
- Knowledge of ERP Next is plus.
