Job Title: Front Desk Sales Executive (Gym Membership)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Executive to manage the reception area and promote gym memberships. The role involves interacting with walk-in clients, explaining membership plans, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients and gym members
• Explain gym membership plans, offers, and facilities
• Convert inquiries into membership sales
• Handle front desk operations, calls, and client queries
• Maintain records of memberships, leads, and payments
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth member experience

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in client interaction
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping
