Job Description
- Provide Level 1 support for LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi related issues
- Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity, access points, switches, and cabling
- Assist in installation, mounting, and replacement of Access Points (APs)
- Verify LAN ports, patch cords, and cabling at customer sites
- Monitor network alerts and escalate issues to L2/L3 engineers when required
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams during site visits and deployments
- Perform basic network testing (ping, traceroute, speed tests, SSID validation)
- Maintain site visit reports, checklists, and documentation
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi fundamentals and Access Points
- Basic knowledge of network switches and LAN ports
- Access point configuration
