Job Description

  • Provide Level 1 support for LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi related issues
  • Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity, access points, switches, and cabling
  • Assist in installation, mounting, and replacement of Access Points (APs)
  • Verify LAN ports, patch cords, and cabling at customer sites
  • Monitor network alerts and escalate issues to L2/L3 engineers when required
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams during site visits and deployments
  • Perform basic network testing (ping, traceroute, speed tests, SSID validation)
  • Maintain site visit reports, checklists, and documentation

Technical Skills Required

  • Basic understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi fundamentals and Access Points
  • Basic knowledge of network switches and LAN ports
  • Access point configuration
