Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Cochin, Kerala, India. The Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, coordinate front desk activities, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing complaints effectively, and administrative duties such as record-keeping and scheduling. The role also involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office operations
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in team coordination and problem resolution is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
