Job Description

Job Overview

The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,

delivering high-caliber administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency

of the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & oversee daily office operations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from students, parents, or hostel owners.
  • Support hostel booking form processing, payments & related paperwork.
  • Facilitate internal communication & coordination.
  • Assist in schedules, meetings, arrangements, and other tasks as needed.
  • Prepare & submit agreements, bills & hostel accommodation reports.
  • Monitor and manage office inventories and supplies, place orders when needed.
  • Support HR by collecting documents, maintaining employment files, &

assisting in onboarding processes.

  • Track & manage service requests, bills, expenses, & other related tasks through

property management software to ensure smooth operational workflows.

  • Ensure confidentiality & discretion in all workplace operations.
  • Perform other tasks & responsibilities as assigned by the team or supervisors.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & general computer applications
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Attention to detail & a proactive approach to problem-solving.
