The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,
delivering high-caliber administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency
of the workplace.

Responsibilities
- Manage & oversee daily office operations efficiently.
- Handle incoming inquiries from students, parents, or hostel owners.
- Support hostel booking form processing, payments & related paperwork.
- Facilitate internal communication & coordination.
- Assist in schedules, meetings, arrangements, and other tasks as needed.
- Prepare & submit agreements, bills & hostel accommodation reports.
- Monitor and manage office inventories and supplies, place orders when needed.
- Support HR by collecting documents, maintaining employment files, &
- Track & manage service requests, bills, expenses, & other related tasks through
- Ensure confidentiality & discretion in all workplace operations.
- Perform other tasks & responsibilities as assigned by the team or supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & general computer applications
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Attention to detail & a proactive approach to problem-solving.
