What You'll Be Doing

As our Accountant, you'll support day-to-day accounting tasks and help keep our financial records clear and up to date. You'll interact with clients and vendors, assist with invoicing, and track our sales progress. We value consistency, sincerity, and someone who's happy to grow alongside us.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily records of payments, invoices, and receipts

Stay in touch with clients and vendors for billing-related matters

Support basic sales tracking and help identify areas of growth

Coordinate with our small in-house team to streamline financial processes

Assist in preparing simple reports for internal reference

Keep files organized and systems updated using tools like Excel or basic accounting software

Compulsory requirement: strong understanding of accounts

Who Were Looking For

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or similar field

Around 12 years of experience in accounting or client-facing financial work

Comfortable using Excel and basic financial tools (Zoho, Tally, etc.)

Good at organizing tasks and following up on pending matters

Clear communicator spoken Hindi and English both are helpful

Honest, dependable, and eager to grow in a family-style setup
