Assistant Manager - Project Management Unit & MIS

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Project Management Unit & MIS team in Varanasi. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, monitoring, and reporting, with a focus on DISCOM projects and MIS dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Unit & MIS team to ensure effective project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and implement project performance monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results.
• Create and maintain MIS dashboards to provide real-time insights into project progress and performance.
• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with DISCOM teams to identify project opportunities and develop project plans.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to minimize project costs and maximize returns.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, including project performance metrics and KPIs.
  
  

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, monitoring, and reporting, preferably in the DISCOM sector.
• Strong background in project planning, budget monitoring, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting tools and software, including data analysis and visualization.
