About the Company:

BEST CAST IT LTD is a Chennai-based company engaged in the manufacturing of

aluminium components through Gravity Die Casting (GDC) and machining. We supply highquality

castings to Tier 1 customers in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with prior B2B sales experience, preferably

in the manufacturing sector. The role involves handling customer interactions, RFQs,

quotations, and building strong customer relationships. Fluency in English is mandatory, as

the position requires regular interaction with customer purchase and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and engineering

sectors.

 Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer

satisfaction.

 Handle RFQs, prepare and submit quotations, and manage techno-commercial

discussions.

 Coordinate with customer purchase and quality teams to understand requirements

and resolve issues.

 Follow up on orders, dispatches, and payments in coordination with internal

departments.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports to

management.

 Coordinate closely with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth

execution of customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Any Graduate (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).

 Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a casting company / manufacturing

/ any other industry with B2B sales exposure.

 Excellent fluency in English (verbal & written) – mandatory.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Good presentation, reporting, and coordination skills.

 Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
