🔍 Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Community Mobiliser to engage with local communities, mobilise candidates for skilling/employment programs, and support outreach initiatives on the ground.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community outreach and awareness programs

• Mobilise youth/candidates for training & placement initiatives

• Coordinate with local stakeholders, NGOs, panchayats, and institutions

• Maintain records of mobilised candidates and daily field activities

• Support enrolment, counselling, and follow-ups

• Represent the organization during camps, meetings, and events

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

• Strong communication skills (local language mandatory)

• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions

• Freshers can apply (field experience is a plus)
