Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the MD’s office. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, facilitating communication between departments, and assisting in day-to-day executive operations.

Qualification : MBA ,

Exprience : 6+ years in the Admin department

  • Executive Support
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Schedule internal and external meetings for the MD.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) and track action items.
  • Ensure follow-up with departments on decisions taken by the MD.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information and reports for the MD.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain confidential documents, files, and company records.
  • Prepare letters, emails, presentations, and business reports.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Administrative Management
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD’s office.
