Role Overview:
Senior Active Directory & Exchange L3 Administrator responsible for enterprise Identity & Access Management, AD DS architecture, and Microsoft Exchange/O365 operations in large-scale environments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- AD DS administration in multi-domain/forest environments
- AD architecture design, trusts, FSMO roles & replication management
- Advanced troubleshooting (DNS, Kerberos, authentication, replication issues)
- GPO design, optimization & security hardening
- Azure AD / Entra ID integration, SSO, MFA, ADFS support
- AD security enforcement (RBAC, PAM, Zero Trust, CIS compliance)
- ADCS, certificates, CRL/CSR management
- PowerShell automation for IAM operations
- Exchange/O365 administration, mailbox & migration support
- Incident management, RCA, SLA adherence & DR planning
