Job Description for the Post of Accounts Manager :

About the Company:

Ashu Organics (I)Pvt ltd is a leading manufacturing company in Specialty chemicals for local and export company, Company has 6 manufacturing plants with 5 in Maharashtra and 1 plant in Gujarat. With head office, located in Thane.

Job Description:

Reporting to the board of Directors, The Manager will be responsible for overseeing of all accounts and finance activities.

Activities and Tasks :

The responsibilities would include but not limited to :

1. Overseeing all accounts, Ledger and reporting systems ensuring compliance to all legal requirements.

2. Maintaining internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs & programme budget and actual expenditures.

3. Coordinate all audit activity.

4. Consistently Analyze all financial activities and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner , Clearly communicating Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements, Monthly progress ,changes and keep senior leadership updated of financial status.

5. Monitoring Statutory compliances of TDS, GST,PF,IT etc.

6. Execute based on corrective action identified after internal or external audit.

Structure and Reporting :

The Accounts Manager shall report to the Board of Directors of Ashu Organics Group and collaborate effectively with unit heads of each site and external agencies/auditors and financial institutions.

Other Qualification required for this role :

- A Min qualification of BCOM with Min 10 years of Experience in the managerial cadre.

- Strong experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivables, general ledger, payroll and tracking of investment.

- Technology Savvy and experience in handling ERP system and specifically Microsoft Navision.

- Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training and retaining a diverse team with a foresight and ability to delegate accordingly.

- Keen analytical and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation and actual reporting.

- Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

- Experience in working closely with organization leadership team is essential and with years of experience as an Accounts Manager.

- Personal qualities of integrity, creditability, and unwavering commitment to organizational mission.

- Proactive, hands on strategic thinker who is ready to take responsibility of the finance department.

Only Candidates drawing a salary of CTC less than 6 to 8 Lacs shall apply.
