This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for an Accounts Associate. The Accounts Associate will handle daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, preparing and maintaining financial statements, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves assisting in tax calculations, payroll processing, and coordinating with clients to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Collaboration with team members to deliver timely and accurate financial insights is a key aspect of the job.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience in tax calculations, payroll processing, and compliance with statutory regulations
• Strong skills in data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records
• Familiarity with accounting software and cloud-based accounting systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in handling multiple client accounts is a plus
