Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices and payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar applications
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and payroll processing
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in accounting roles and knowledge of e-waste or sustainability sectors is a plus
