The Accounts Payable Assistant will be a key member of the GSSC department for Reed & Mackay.

Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier invoices for payments ensuring coding is accurate
  • Investigating & resolving outstanding creditor items
  • Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
  • Assist with Expenses approvals and maintenance
  • Assisting the wider Accounts Payable Team as required\

Requirements

  • Intermediate / Advance level in Excel
  • Accounting knowledge with reconciliation experience
  • Experience of handling multi-currency transactions
  • Knowledge of NetSuite (advantageous)
  • The ability to meet deadline
  • Methodical approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving & listening skills
  • Clear and concise communication – verbal & written
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and engage with suppliers & internal management
  • Integrity will be important to you - open, honest and direct – you will fit with the company’s continuing desire to maintain values in developing culture and where all are treated with respect
  • Ensuring timely reconciliation of invoices & statements for the various suppliers of R&M and Navan's many global offices

Shift Schedule: 5 days a week from office and will work India hours
