Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions and customer payment tracking at our Adibatla Site Office. The role involves handling customer booking payments, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with the head office accounts team for accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Payment Management
  • Record and track booking amounts, token advances, and installment payments from customers.
  • Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Monitor customer payment schedules and outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with the sales and CRM team regarding payment status.
2. Accounts & Financial Records
  • Maintain daily cash and bank transaction records.
  • Update financial data in Tally or accounting software.
  • Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for management.
3. GST & TDS Compliance
  • Ensure proper GST entries and documentation for transactions.
  • Handle TDS deductions and related accounting entries.
  • Maintain records for statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and taxation.
  • Coordinate with auditors or finance team for compliance and filings.
4. Vendor Payments & Expense Tracking
  • Maintain records of site-level expenses and vendor payments.
  • Verify vendor invoices and submit them for approval.
  • Track project-related financial expenses.
5. Coordination with Head Office
  • Coordinate with the HQ accounts team for reconciliation and financial approvals.
  • Assist with financial documentation required for audits or internal reviews.
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Experience using Tally, Excel, or accounting software
  • Strong financial record-keeping and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 2–4 years experience in accounting roles
  • Experience in real estate or construction accounts is preferred
Work Timings

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly one day off (as per company policy)
