Maxlence Consulting is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordinate with Australian clients.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage daily accounting tasks using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools
• Record financial transactions accurately and maintain the general ledger
• Perform periodic account reconciliations

Statutory Compliance

• Handle TDS, GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliances in India
• Manage statutory requirements for Australian accounting practices
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance

Client Communication

• Coordinate with Australian clients for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations
• Address client queries and provide timely resolutions

Financial Operations

• Raise invoices and credit notes
• Review vendor payments and monitor cash flow
• Prepare MIS reports and run-rate analysis
• Oversee payroll processing and payroll TDS calculations
• Ensure timely salary and vendor payment transfers

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

📊 Experience: 3–5 years in accounting (exposure to Indian & Australian accounting practices preferred)

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Australian statutory compliances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience working with international clients (Australia preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
