Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Chennai. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Other responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, analyzing financial data, and assisting with audits. You will also work collaboratively with other departments to manage budgets, provide financial insights, and support strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Statements, and Budget Management
Ability to perform Tax Preparation, Reconciliation, and Compliance checks
Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Financial Analysis
Expertise in using Accounting Software and Spreadsheet Applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (relevant certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus)
Experience in corporate accounting or a similar role is advantageous
