What does a successful Trade Receivables Analyst do at FISERV ?

• Meet daily, monthly, quarterly deadlines for the recording of all A/R and non-A/R cash receipts
• Analyze, identify and resolve payment exceptions
• Identify and properly record short payments and overpayments
• Research miscellaneous AR items to provide details and check copies and support audits
• Monitor and distribute incoming requests sent to the cash application general mailbox
• Research and resolve client inquiries
• Prepare, post and upload journal entries into SAP
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
• Provide verbal and written communication to both internal and external clients
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  

What Will You Need To Know

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1-3 years’ work experience
• Proficiency with Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and company employees
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
  

What Will Be Great To Have

• SAP ERP experience
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
