About the Role:

• Lead brand strategy and integrated marketing planning for key clients.
• Translate business objectives into data-driven marketing strategies.
• Develop strategic frameworks, brand positioning, and campaign directions.
• Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, media, tech, and account teams to drive impactful campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

Experience Required:

• 2–4 years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, or integrated marketing.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, data-driven marketing, and market research.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
