Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage client accounts by overseeing relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Additionally, the Account Manager will also negotiate contracts, manage invoices, and provide performance updates to clients.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Proficiency in account management, contract negotiation, and client retention
- Analytical skills for performance tracking, problem-solving, and identifying client needs
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing accounts and delivering top-tier service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
