We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Account Manager based in India to expand our global client portfolio and develop strategic relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
MUST HAVE SCIENCE RELATED DEGREE. Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or in any Biological science
Fluent English is Must
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences companies globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Sales Directors, Commercial Leaders, Learning & Development teams, and HR stakeholders.
- Promote and sell Grow High Academy's training and development programs to international clients.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic business development activities.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and client consultations with prospective customers worldwide.
- Develop customized training proposals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and account management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing international business relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and digital prospecting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience selling training, consulting, or professional services.
- Existing network within pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
- Experience working with international clients across the UK, Europe, North America, or Asia-Pacific regions.

- Competitive fixed salary plus attractive performance-based commission structure.

Salary and package
25k-35k rupees per month
Bonus - 5% of the business achieved per deal.
Average earning is 7-9L per year.
