Actively Reviewing the ApplicationsWild in Art
Job Description
Company Description
Wild in Art is the leading producer of spectacular public art events that entertain, enrich, inform and leave a lasting legacy. We partner with charities, businesses, artists, schools and communities across the UK to create memorable events featuring uniquely painted sculptures.
Animating places and spaces, Wild in Art trails encourage exploration and drive footfall, enabling local residents to re-engage with the host location - creating a sense of community and making art accessible to all.
Role Description

You will support our charity and event partners to develop and deliver successful art trails that create meaningful impact, acting as the point of contact from planning through to evaluation. The role combines client and stakeholder management with project co-ordination - overseeing key milestones and project delivery, while providing guidance to help partners achieve their goals. You will also offer our partners guidance on marketing and communications best practice throughout the event lifecycle - ensuring Wild in Art is prominently and consistently represented across trail collateral and activity.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and helping partners bring ambitious projects to life. You’ll be joining a busy, collaborative team, so the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team is essential. Working closely with our event partners, you will be a personable and confident communicator, comfortable asking the right questions, gathering the information needed, and identifying where support is required to ensure each art trail runs smoothly.
