to VP IMEA and VP LFE

Summary Of The Role

This role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Vice President Additives IMEA & VP Fluid Engineering office by providing support to them. This position involves handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining organization, and ensuring effective communication across departments

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Schedule meetings and appointments & manage their calendars
  • Communication & Coordination by providing support to visitors & global visitors etc
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as needed
  • Maintain expense statements and file them on concur in time .
  • Order and manage office supplies for the Sales and LFE teams
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
  • Assist in travel arrangements and expense reporting

Requirements (education, Experience, Competencies And Specific Job Requirements)

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent. MBA would be an advantage
  • 4-6 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing / Sales.
  • Possess strong listening skills, creative thinking, organization planning and time management skills
  • Should have an eye for detail & be a professional - polite, reliable, and discreet in handling sensitive information
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Expert in MS Office Suite. Experience in Power BI and Databases is a must.
  • Self-driven and accountability are key attributes

Experience And Skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good communicator with the ability to simplify often complex situations into understandable plans and project updates
  • A flexible team player that can unite and maximize the collaborative approach to business success with Lubrizol
  • Marketing savvy.
  • Good presentation skills coupled with an ability to use SharePoint, excel, word and other business management tools
