Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The Account Manager will oversee customer relationships, develop and maintain partnerships, and work closely with teams to achieve client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, proposing tailored LED lighting solutions, and ensuring client engagement. The role also requires compiling sales reports, providing excellent customer support, and achieving sales and revenue growth goals.
