Associate Product Manager

About Byldd :

Byldd is a startup studio that focuses on helping founders launch software businesses. We help founders refine their ideas, identify critical pain points and solutions, build the appropriate software solution, get their first customers, and scale up.

About the role:

We’re looking for candidates with an eye for clean, creative designs to work with us on core business projects. We’ll provide you with the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ - the product requirements and the business reasons behind them. Your goal would be to understand business requirements, the scope of work, and target users, and use that to develop great user experiences and interfaces for those products.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Ideate over designs and experiences using design best practices and competitor analysis
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Develop both low and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Oversee engineering design output to ensure it matches the provided specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, Engineer, Product Manager, or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Figma, InVision)
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
