About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, building strong and lasting relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of deliverables across digital and integrated campaigns.
This role requires strong coordination skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication, inquiries, and escalations.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable brand and campaign plans.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with long-term marketing goals.
- Ensure adherence to brand identity, core values, and USPs across all deliverables.
- Lead client onboarding processes and set clear expectations.
- Regularly gather feedback and provide proactive recommendations to improve performance.
2. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, media, strategy, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to conduct brand analysis and derive actionable insights from reports and data.
3. Quality Control & Execution
- Supervise quality checks of all deliverables before publishing.
- Oversee social media posting accuracy and brand consistency.
- Attend shoots, recordings, and production activities to ensure alignment with client expectations.
4. Timelines & Task Management
- Prioritize tasks across multiple brands and ensure timely and accurate delivery of work.
- Maintain clear schedules and track project milestones.
- Ensure prompt communication and responsiveness to emails and internal coordination.
5. Research & Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital innovations, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to understand brand positioning and audience behavior.
- Research emerging technologies and innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
6. Team Management & Leadership
- Conduct weekly team meetings to track progress and resolve challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and promote proactive problem-solving.
- Foster a culture of research, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions.
7. Communication & Escalation Management
- Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding project status and deadlines.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external escalations when required.
8. Reporting & Financial Oversight
- Ensure timely collection of data and inputs for social media and brand performance reports.
- Review and validate reports prepared by junior team members.
- Review campaign cost sheets and financial trackers.
- Create and present reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Lead JSRs (Job Status Reports) to ensure proper task alignment.
9. Time & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to internal TATs and workflow processes.
- Maintain strong task prioritization and time management standards.
10. Vendor Management
- Supervise vendor coordination, invoicing, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accountability in financial documentation and vendor relationships.
