We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business decisions.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
• Implement cost control measures and improve financial efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS).
• Experience in real estate accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and team management skills.

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

• Experience in real estate or construction industry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
