We are seeking a Team Leader for this bid to lead the Team.

The role involves strategic leadership, coordination with public authorities, and oversight of multidisciplinary consulting inputs for a large public transport program.

• Proven experience in coordination of multi-functional teams and activities related to public transport operations and management.
• Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience on projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• Prior exposure to institutional capacity building and training programs.
• Experience working on internationally funded projects (FC / MDB / IFI), preferably leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Operational experience in public transport systems, preferably at managerial or executive level.
• Experience related to Multimodal Integration (MMI) and last-mile connectivity planning.
• Ability to act as a senior interface between consultants, clients, and key stakeholders.
  
  
  

Total Qualification & Experience:

• Post Graduate in Transport Management / Engineering / Business Management or equivalent Post Graduate Degree
• 15+ years of experience in coordination of multi- functional projects and activities in relation to public transport operations and management.
• 5 years of international experience is mandatory.
  
  
  

Desirable expertise:

• Operational experience in public transport, preferably with managerial / executive responsibilities.
• Experience with supervision of institutional training programs.
• Project management experience with FC / MDB / IFI funded projects with a similar scale and scope leading large international, multidisciplinary teams.
