Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet project objectives, monitoring financial performance, and preparing reports or forecasts. The role requires ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

• Experience in client relationship management, engagement, and retention.
• Strong skills in project coordination and financial performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools and processes for budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in infrastructure or construction industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
