The Role

We're hiring Account Executives across 10 cities to build Thrive's presence market-by-market. This is a hunter role someone who thrives on opening doors, building pipeline from scratch, and closing deals with HR heads, CFOs, and founders in their own city. You'll own your local market end-to-end.


What You'll Do
  • Drive end-to-end outbound BD in your assigned city/region: prospecting, LinkedIn/email outreach, cold calling, and in-person meetings targeting HR heads, CFOs, and founders at mid-market corporates (50–500 employees), Series A–C startups, and GCCs
  • Build and own the local corporate account map for your city — identify key employers, decision-makers, and buying committees
  • Run and improve on established outreach sequences (LinkedIn DM, email, follow-ups) — you'll inherit playbooks, not start blind
  • Pitch Thrive's core differentiators: origin-rate pricing, 24/7 human concierge, zero-markup transparency
  • Convert sports and marquee client credibility (Bengaluru Bulls, HIL, Burman Sports) into trust with new prospects
  • Own the full sales cycle discovery call → demo → proposal → negotiation → close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in CRM (HubSpot/Apollo), with honest forecasting — no sandbagging, no overselling
  • Represent Thrive at local industry events, corporate travel forums, and startup ecosystem meetups in your city

  • What We're Looking For
    • 2–5 years in B2B sales/BD — SaaS, travel tech, or corporate services background preferred
    • Strong local market knowledge and existing network of corporate/HR/finance contacts in your city
    • Proven track record of hitting outbound targets and closing net-new logos, not just managing inbound
    • Sharp communicator — comfortable pitching to CFOs and founders, not just HR admins
    • Hustle over polish — willing to make the 50th call with the same energy as the 1st
    • Comfortable with sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot), email sequencing tools
    • Ethical by default — you sell honestly because that's the product, not a tactic
    • Willingness to travel within region for client meetings as needed
