Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore | Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) | Type: Full-Time

The Role

We're looking for a hungry SDR to own the top of our funnel. Your job is simple: get the right people on a call. You'll be cold calling prospects, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls and demos for our sales team.


This is an outcome-based role. No fixed hours, no micromanagement. Book your 3 demos for the day and you're done. If you can do that by noon, great.


What You'll Do
  • Cold call prospects across our target markets (US, India, Europe) to generate interest and book discovery calls/demos
  • Research and prospect new leads based on our ICP using our lead lists and your own hustle
  • Qualify outbound leads before passing them to the closing team
  • Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline hygiene
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly booking targets


What We're Looking For

Must-have:


  • 1–2 years of cold calling experience. You've done this before and you're not afraid of the phone
  • Confident, clear communicator who can handle objections without flinching
  • Self-starter mindset .i.e you don't need someone standing over your shoulder
  • Comfortable working across time zones when needed


Nice to have:


  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like Apollo, ContactOut, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS sales environment


Compensation
  • Fixed: Up to ₹6 LPA
  • Variable: Performance-based incentives on top of fixed (uncapped)
