Job Title: Account Executive
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Timings: 04:00 AM to 01:00 PM
Detail-oriented Accounting Professional with over 2 years of experience in maintaining accurate books of accounts and handling day-to-day accounting operations. Skilled in recording and verifying financial transactions, preparing basic financial statements including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, and performing bank reconciliations. Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while working independently or with cross-functional teams.
Please Note: This is an office-based role operating from our Ahmedabad, India facility. You must align your working hours with Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT) to effectively engage with the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts accurately and timely
- Record and verify accounting transactions, vouchers, and entries
- Prepare basic accounting reports including Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare reconciliation reports
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Use MS Office tools (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal teams as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Basic understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet
- Experience in bank reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
