This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Chennai. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office operations, provide administrative and clerical support, manage phone and email correspondence, schedule and organize meetings, and assist in executive tasks. The role requires maintaining professional communication with internal teams and external clients while ensuring smooth office functionality.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) and general computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the architecture or design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
