What You’ll Crush (Scaled to Your Level):

• Campaign Structure & Strategy: Build/execute flawless setups – naming, budgets, targeting (Audience, Geo, Contextual) per agency strategy.
• Setup & Creative Magic: Handle accounts, tracking (Pixels/Floodlights), and creative rotations that dominate DSPs.
• Monitoring Mastery: Daily vigilance on pacing, spend, alerts – ensure 100% budget firepower!
• Optimization Wins: Drive approved tweaks for killer CPA, ROAS, CTR ("Think, then Approve!").
• Reporting Superstar: Deliver insights and summaries that wow clients.
• Communication Pro: Bridge tech with teams via clear, proactive updates.

Who You Are (All Levels Fit):

• Experience: 1-8 years in ad ops, performance marketing, programmatic (Buy/Sell-Side) – IOs, trafficking, optimization, reporting.
• Tool Wizardry: Hands-on with DV360, CM360, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP + IAS, DV, MOAT.
• Detail Ninja: Zero-error precision – own the high-stakes details.
• Data Detective: Uncover performance gems in data.
• Comm Champion: Demystify tech for all stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

• Shifts: Embrace US/Night rotational shifts.
• Location: WFO in Kolkata! (Or relocate to Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune.)
