Job Description

We are seeking an Ad Scheduling and Trafficking Specialist to support the execution of advertising campaigns across multiple media channels. This role is responsible for accurate campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to ensure timely delivery, proper pacing, and compliance with approved media plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and traffic advertising campaigns across digital, broadcast, and other media platforms.
• Set up and manage campaigns in ad servers, DSPs, social platforms, and broadcaster traffic systems (e.g., Albatroz).
• Upload and manage creative assets, including targeting, placements, flight dates, and budgets.
• Collaborate with media planning, creative, sales, and account teams to ensure accurate implementation of campaign requirements.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Execute campaign updates such as creative swaps, budget adjustments, and date changes.
• Ensure adherence to platform policies, client guidelines, and legal or regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including insertion orders and trafficking logs.
• Prepare delivery and pacing reports and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks before launch and throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ad servers and media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of media metrics, pacing, and ad trafficking workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0–3+ years of experience in media operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management.
• Experience across digital, linear TV, OTT/CTV, radio, or print media is a plus.
