Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, located in the Pune Division. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating and following up on sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining accurate records of sales and transactions, preparing and presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams for the smooth execution of orders. The role requires proactive communication and a client-focused approach to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

- Customer Relationship Management and Sales Communication skills
- Ability to prepare and present business proposals effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records and transaction documentation
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities
- Knowledge of regional markets and customer behavior in the Pune Division
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the distribution or FMCG sector is a plus
