About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AccountAssociate to support end-to-end client servicing for our US-based clients. This is a dynamic role requiring hands-on involvement across accounting, taxation, compliance, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review financial data and identify discrepancies
US Taxation
- Assist in preparation of US tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
- Support tax planning and basic advisory work
- Handle amendments and review supporting documents
Payroll & Compliance
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Assist in filing payroll tax returns and related forms
Business Incorporation & Compliance
- Support company formation (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp)
- Assist in drafting basic documents (operating agreements, etc.)
- Track ongoing compliance requirements
Notice Management
- Handle IRS and state notices
- Draft responses and coordinate with seniors for resolution
Client Interaction
- Participate in client calls and handle day-to-day communication
- Gather information and explain basic compliance requirements
Sales & Business Development Support
- Join discovery/sales calls with potential clients
- Assist in explaining services and onboarding new clients
Requirements
- CPA (US) or pursuing CPA
- Strong understanding of US accounting and tax concepts
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with US compliance (IRS procedures, filings, etc.)
- Experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
