Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Pune Division. The Accountant will manage the organization's financial records and processes, including recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, maintaining budgets, and conducting financial analysis. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations, assisting with audits, as well as reconciling accounts and managing invoices. The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to financial efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial accounting and tax regulations, including TDS, GST, and ledger maintenance
Proficient in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and creating financial statements
Experienced in using accounting software and tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for financial reporting and analysis
Ability to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members effectively
Proven ability to handle deadlines and work in a structured and time-sensitive environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus
