Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accessories Sales Head located in Gandhinagar. The selected candidate will oversee the sales department, manage a team of sales associates, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing sales data, ensuring product visibility, and coordinating with the marketing team to maximize sales. - Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in Team Management and ensuring team performance and cohesion
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate sales metrics and market trends effectively
- Solid Account Management experience with a focus on nurturing and expanding client relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment
- Prior experience in the technology or retail sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
