Job Description
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students & parents about courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and career guidance.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Manage leads from walk-ins, calls, website, and digital campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure trust and enrollment commitment.
- Maintain accurate admission records and provide daily/weekly reports to management.
- Coordinate with academic & marketing teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate/PG in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in admissions / counseling / sales / education business development.
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales/admission goals.
- Familiarity with technical/IT courses is a plus.
