Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Sales Strategies, Market Research, and Data Analysis techniques
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in business development, preferably in the digital or technology domain
